Jennifer MuellerJennifer brings 10+ years of marketing and customer relationship experience to RapidScaler. She is a recognized industry expert in cross channel campaign execution and CRM to email integration. For execution, Jennifer designs and executes full lifecyle cross channel digital campaigns that combine social, email, e-commerce, CRM, and direct mail data into precise segments. Jennifer also offers RapidScaler clients the “holy grail of measuring customer performance” from the campaigns she creates. She delivers rich and relevant dashboard reporting for clients so they can better identify customers, take a snapshot of particular data points, and measure big-picture performance. Jennifer is a pioneer in some of the most cutting edge reporting metrics such as "Customer Lifetime Value" and "Recency, Frequency, and Monetization".
Jennifer’s success in Fortune 500 consulting derives from her ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into business terms for executives, as well as application for sales and marketing teams. Jennifer accomplishes all her projects by bridging the gap between business and technology so enterprises can work towards a common goal. She helps companies with various departments work together to identify their needs, develop a strategy and achieve big-picture results.
Prior to RapidScaler, Jennifer was the Global CRM Technology Manager at Travelocity. In this role, she implemented multiple worldwide marketing programs based off of years of data collected by Travelocity CRM systems. Through her creativity and ingenuity, Jennifer developed new ways to analyze and organize old customer data into fresh email marketing campaigns. Her ability to work with both marketing and IT, bridging gaps and finding common ground was key to the success of these projects. These campaigns delivered double digit increases in opens, clicks, engagement, conversions, and subscriber growth.
In order to keep her email marketing and CRM skills honed, Jennifer stays up-to-date within the industry. Jennifer is an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Arlington where she teaches IT marketing courses at the Division for Enterprise Development. Before instructing and consulting, she also gained her experience as project manager for Market Travel in Dallas and MH2Technologies, an application/software company.
Darren has 15 years of IT experience with a focus on infrastructure, operations and data integration. He has built enterprise grade integrated email marketing systems for Walmart.com, Travelocity, NBC, Fox Sports, Dow Jones, Zappos, CFO Magazine, Hautelook and other popular retail brands. Darren bridges the data gap between marketing teams and IT teams. With a keen understanding of technology, email marketing, and social platforms, Darren effectively translates needs from a cross channel marketing vision to an IT project. He is known for providing marketers with the "make this easy button" through a crisp understanding of maketers' sophisticated cross channel marketing requirements.
Being a technologist and security expert himself, Darren is well aware of the apprehensions IT teams have towards marketing projects. He architects cross channel systems that address security, privacy, compliance, manageability, and scalability. He architects agile data integrations that are simple, clean, and don't require months to build. Darren can toggle between engineering, IT, sales, and marketing all within the same meeting, making sure all parties are heard and projects are successful.
Prior to RapidScaler, Darren worked for enterprise email marketing software vendor StrongMail Systems in Redwood City, CA as the Worldwide Director of Professional Services. As Director, he brought many integration products to market, launched EMEA and APAC operations, and built a profitable P&L. Before StrongMail, Darren worked for both Sun Microsystems and Accenture as a UNIX subject matter expert and information security consultant. His talks on Linux system administration topics have been accepted every year since 2007 at OSCON, LinuxWorld, and LinuxCon.
Darren holds a BA in Psychology from Moravian College.
Kevin has 17 years of business intelligence, application design, and data architecture experience. Kevin builds rich, colorful, and deeply analytical email dashboards and reports. He can take the most disorganized sets of data from the most difficult locations and organize it for marketers to visualize the effectiveness of their cross channel marketing programs. In additional to analytics, Kevin builds cross channel marketing databases and warehouses for marketers. These cross channel marketing warehouses provide customer segmentation capabilities that were previously unthinkable to marketers. Kevin can integrate data from social media platforms, CRM systems, email marketing systems, web analytics tools, SQL databases, CSV files, and just about anything else into a central repository for segmentation and analysis.
Kevin is currently founder and president of LaunchWorks, a profitable business intelligence software company based in San Antonio, TX. LaunchWorks provides both browser and mobile based BI export solutions to many Fortune 500 companies including US Air Force, Warner Brothers, Sony, AMGEN, and Intuit. Before starting LaunchWorks, Kevin spent years as a highly sought after BI consultant worldwide, taking on clients from Los Angeles to London to Geneva. Prior to his independent consulting business, Kevin worked for various data warehousing companies as an engineer. He speaks frequently at all the key BI conferences, including multiple stints as the annual SAP Business Objects conference.
Kevin holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Pace University.
Damon has 8 years o
f marketing systems development experience. He is the architect who glues all marketing systems together behind the scenes and simply makes cross channel "work". He is often referred to as the "make it easy" guy on the RapidScaler team due to his ability to code any integration between any two systems and present easy to use cross channel tools for marketers. Damon has extensive experience linking e-commerce and social platforms to CRM and email marketing systems. We never cease to be amazed at how quickly he can study a social or commercial SaaS platform like Facebook or LinkedIn and figure out a way to get data in and out of it.
Previous to RapidScaler, Damon worked for MultiView where he integrated website and e-commerce with StrongMail and ExactTarget email systems. He created refreshingly simple interfaces for marketers to create precise email marketing segments across multiple databases and "push" them into their email marketing platform. Before MultiView, Damon was a systems integrator for a hospital network in the Dallas area.
Jessica has 9 years of sales and customer relationship experience in the creative agency industry. She provides excellent customer care at RapidScaler. Jessica is one of the first people customers meet at RapidScaler and the one almost every customer goes to when they need something. She is highly organized, anticipates needs, and provides proactive service even before our customers know there is an issue. Not only does she provide excellent customer, she is simply a very pleasant person to work with.
Prior to RapidScaler, Jessica was an Assistant Director of Admissions for the Art Institute of San Antonio. She was instrumental in providing leadership and mentoring to both students and faculty, receiving multiple nominations for excellence in 2010. Prior to her Director role, Jessica held sales executive roles in the media industry where she always exceeded her revenue goals.
To satisfy her artistic passion on the side, Jessica and her husband run Daddy's Girl Photography. Daddy's Girl provides an alternative to traditional event photography. By using documentary and artistic style, they turn your event into a story through pictures.
Chris Mayer has 10 years of experience in data analytics and project management in multiple fields. In his current role as Lead Business Analyst, he is responsible for the continued success of multiple installations of the RapidScaler suite of products. He is a business analyitcs machine, able to write any report on any dataset in any vertical. Prior to RapidScaler, he was a senior business analyst consultant for the North American office of FastReact Systems, UK. He worked on multiple Fortune 500 accounts in the United States, Canada, and Central America. He began his career as an Account Representative responsible for application training for Demand Management, Inc. Chris graduated from The University of Oklahoma and currently resides in North Texas with his wife and two children.
Tim McQuillen is the founder and CIO of StrongMail Systems, a Sequoia funded and profitable digital messaging company based in Redwood City, CA. At StrongMail, he built the support, services, QA, and cloud based offerings from the ground up. Tim serves as an advisor to RapidScaler. Using his proven experience in growing companies to profitability, Tim serves as a sounding board and relationship connector in both Northern and Southern California. Previous to StrongMail, he managed all technical operations for L90, Inc. Tim successfully directed L90's technical operations and engineering teams for this top-tier advertising network with over $40 million in annual revenue. He was also responsible for all of the systems and network operations that supported adMonitor™, an online and email marketing application service provider that reached over 65% of all Internet users.
Prior to L90, Mr. McQuillen was Director of Business Development and Marketing for TigerEye Consulting, LLC, an online-based executive technical recruiting firm and Associate Partner of Quest Worldwide, an executive technology staffing company. McQuillen holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Matt is nothing short of an emerging media prophet. Not only is he part of the millennial generation, but he knows how to develop and execute the marketing campaigns that speak to that generation. Matt's entire approach to marketing is built on cross channel and every step of his planning incorporates it. We love to get him on the phone and hear his passion. Being based in New York City and working in marketing research, Matt is right at the edge of emerging marketing and media strategy. When he is not giving us his epic insight, he is a Program Director at IQPC. Matt graduated from the Entrepreneurial Business Program at Oklahoma State University with glowing reviews and recommendations from his professors.
